Alexis Bittar

One of my favorite jewelry designers, Alexis Bittar, used Joan Collins as the face for his Spring 2010 line. I absolutely love his work. I was lucky enough to snag an extra copy of his Spring and Resort lookbooks from Marie Claire (which by the way, were photographed beautifully using mannequins!) and I've been a fan ever since! His clients include everyone from Fergie, to Cameron Diaz, to Michelle Trachtenberg. Check out his website to see more of his work.

Still on the hunt for the gold/black wedges this model is wearing. Pixie Market has used them for so many product shoots but I don't think they've ever been for sale on the site! Anyone know who they're by?

Absolutely obsessed. If only I had used that vein design detail back when I said I was going to! Wouldn't have looked nearly as cool anyway.. and the shoes? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Loving the spine heel.

I will always love greyscale with a red lip. The models remind me of modern day Robert Palmer girls!

VERY SUPERSTITIOUS

Leila Shams A/W '10 collection - "Bad Luck" - is as usual, very ambitious with the use of bright colors and engineered prints. This entire collection is based off of superstitions about bad luck - using digitally printed black cats, the number 13, and shattered glass designs. Very cool.
